This non-surgical alternative to nose-reshaping involves the injection of dermal fillers into areas around the nose, which work to change the overall shape or result in a straighter nose. It can also be referred to as the non-surgical Rhinoplasty.
Dermal fillers can be injected in various ways to balance and straighten excess curvature (hook shaped noses), plump out dips and bumps and create symmetry. A tip projection can also be carried out which involves inserting filler in the tip of the nose to give an upturned appearance.
Dermal fillers can help to:
- Build-up the bridge of the nose
- Refine the results of nose surgery (filling in small defects).
- Correct symmetry and concavities.
- Enhance the tip of the nose (adding dimension or improving the shape of a flat tip).
- Smooth or straighten the nasal hump.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty FAQs
What Results Can I Expect To See?
The dramatic results can be seen immediately after treatment and the results can last for up to a 12 months.
How Many Treatments Would I Need?
A single treatment provides a long-lasting but not permanent solution. You may need to repeat the procedure after 12 months. This gives you the option of refining your desired treatment results each time.
Are There Any Side Effects?
There is little to no downtime involved in the procedure. You can return to your normal, daily activities after treatment. There may be slight swelling or minor bruising post-treatment but this will settle within a few days. Heavy glasses or sunglasses should be avoided for two weeks after the treatment.
What Can I Expect In Treatment?
A numbing cream will be applied to the nose area to make the treatment more comfortable then the dermal filler is injected in small amounts and in precise locations into your skin so that there is total control over the shape and contours created by the procedure. The doctor or nurse then massages the product to re-shape the nose.
How Does It Work?
Hyaluronic Acid is one of nature’s most versatile and fascinating substances. It is found throughout the body and its many functions include providing our skin with volume. Dermal fillers are sterile gels consisting of cross-linked, hyaluronic acid (HA) and can be used to correct scarring and other depressions in the skin. Manipulation of the soft tissue of the nose using dermal filler injections can subtly enhance, build shape or contour your nose profile.
The thought of surgery scares me so I was over the moon when I found there was a treatment that could help staighten my nose profile and soften the bump I had at the bridge. Really pleased with the results and I'll be back for sure in 12 months.Zarah. Sandbach
